📢 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀! We are currently expanding our pool of 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 to support 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in: ▪️ Instructional Design and adult learning principles ▪️ Developing engaging eLearning storyboards ▪️ Scenario-based and interactive learning ▪️ Working with SMEs and translating complex content into clear learning experiences ▪️ Designing content for digital learning modules, videos, and other learning assets ▪️ Working within project timelines and incorporating stakeholder feedback English Profeciency is a must. Experience with𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲/𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗩𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 would be an advantage.
