Senior Комьюнити-менеджер | Headway Удаленка Headway — американская компания в сфере цифрового здравоохранения. ❔ Что делать • Own the full provider community strategy: define what “community” means at Headway, what it delivers to providers, and how it maps to business goals. • Design the full member journey (from onboarding to champion to public advocate) and build programs, milestones, and recognition structures. • Establish the right mix of community channels, events, and experiences; manage day-to-day moderation, surface great contributions, and carry provider feedback internally. • Build an ambassador program to identify true brand champions and create a systematic process for capturing provider stories, video testimonials, and case studies; measure engagement and business outcomes. ❔ Что требуют • Experience building and scaling a digital community with business results (not just engagement metrics). • Experience designing and producing events (in-person and virtual) that created genuine belonging and loyalty. • Experience building an ambassador or advocacy program and converting fans into advocates as a growth channel. • Strong opinions on content and community working together — format, channel fit, and what's worth a busy professional's time.
