About the company TestGorilla is a fully remote HR Tech company building a skills-based talent discovery platform. The team operates across 35 countries. What you’ll do — Own People Operations as a product, including HR systems, processes, compliance and self-service workflows — Design and maintain an automated, AI-enabled employee journey from pre-boarding to off-boarding — Own and integrate the HR tech stack — Manage the HR side of payroll, contracts, invoicing and compliance across multiple countries — Own data privacy, recordkeeping and relationships with EOR providers — Configure and troubleshoot hiring tools — Build AI and automation solutions that keep the People function lean and scalable What you’ll bring — Hands-on experience building sophisticated automations with Zapier, n8n, Make.com or similar tools. This is one of the key requirements — Experience with international HR Operations, payroll or compliance, ideally involving EOR — Strong hands-on HRIS experience; HiBob is a plus — Experience working in autonomous, async-first, remote environments — Excellent written and spoken English — Most candidates will have around 5+ years of relevant experience, although impact and ownership matter more than the exact number of years Nice to have — Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever — Experience with EOR providers such as Remote, Deel or Oyster — HRIS implementation or migration experience — Experience supporting organizational change What they offer — Fully remote international team — Flexible hours and asynchronous work — €1,000 annual remote-work budget, or up to €2,000 from day one if purchasing a laptop — Annual L&D budget equal to 3.5% of compensation — 8–16 weeks of paid parental leave — Unlimited flexible time off ⚡ Applications and assessments close September 20 , with interviews taking place during the following two weeks.
