We specialize in OTC trading, liquidity services, and seamless cross-border settlement built on Bitcoin and the Lightning Network. Our mission is to make Bitcoin-native financial services accessible, compliant, and reliable for companies around the world, starting from the first country to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender. We work closely with exchanges, wallets, fintechs, and institutional partners to deliver high-trust financial rails that help them move value quickly and securely. Why we're hiring a Platform Engineer As we grow, we’re scaling our backend infrastructure to support more automation, faster execution, and greater reliability. We're hiring a Platform Engineer to help us build and maintain the systems that power our services. What You'll Do • Take full ownership of the infrastructure that powers our crypto-related products. • Design, maintain, and evolve our Kubernetes-based environments on AWS using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles. • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. • Ensure infrastructure reliability, observability, scalability, and security. • Collaborate with developers to streamline dev/staging/production workflows. • Support the rollout and maintenance of infrastructure-related tooling and best practices. What We're Looking For • Proven experience working with Kubernetes in production environments. • Strong hands-on experience with AWS. • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK). • A strong DevOps mindset, with experience automating, monitoring, and securing infrastructure. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have • Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps workflows. • Familiarity with Helm charts and Kubernetes application packaging. • Knowledge of Bitcoin, EVM, or general blockchain infrastructure (e.g., full nodes, RPC endpoints, L2s). • Background in security or compliance in infrastructure.
