You’ll work closely with international hiring managers, support business growth in emerging markets, and contribute directly to building strong commercial teams. ▪️ What you’ll be doing ▫️ Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia ▫️ Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels ▫️ Conducting HR interviews and assessing candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit ▫️ Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers and keeping the process moving ▫️ Maintaining a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline ▫️ Providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights ▫️ Ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience ▪️ We’d love to see ▫️ 3+ years of recruitment experience ▫️ At least 1 year of experience in international hiring ▫️ Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles ▫️ Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets ▫️ Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer ▫️ Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills ▫️ Good organizational skills and ownership mindset ▫️ Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher ▫️ Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools ▫️ Russian language skills would be a plus ▫️ Fintech experience would be a strong advantage ▪️ Why you might enjoy working with us: ▫️ International hiring exposure across fast-growing markets ▫️ Opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders ▫️ Startup energy with real opportunities to grow ▫️ High level of trust and autonomy ▫️ Clear goals and visible recruitment impact ▫️ Friendly, supportive team that works hard but keeps things human Контакты: @Tanya_hra Our other crypto recruiting communities: Blockchain Hunter, Career Crypto , Крипто Head Hunter, Crypto Jobs, WEB 3.0 JOB , Crypto Job
