HR Services Team Leader

HR Services Team Leader Sonova Group 📍 Warsaw, Poland About the role Sonova is looking for an HR Services Team Leader to oversee the HR Services team and ensure high-quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. The role combines team leadership, HR operations, process improvement, and day-to-day support for employees and managers. What you’ll do — Lead and support the HR Services team in daily operations — Manage workload, priorities, team performance and engagement — Act as the escalation point for HR operational issues — Mentor team members and identify development and training needs — Oversee employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding to exit — Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance with policies and payroll requirements — Handle HR queries from employees and managers — Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and systems — Collaborate with HR stakeholders, managers and external partners — Support HR initiatives and ensure smooth service delivery What they’re looking for — 5+ years of HR administration experience in an international environment — Experience leading or supervising a team — Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR processes — Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field — Strong organizational, prioritization and leadership skills — Structured, service- and solution-oriented mindset — Fluent English and Polish — Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel — Experience with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow Nice to have — Additional HR or leadership training — Experience in HR projects or process improvement — Familiarity with AI tools for improving efficiency — German, Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch as an additional language LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
