WE’RE HIRING | HR MANAGER Are you a people person who knows how to find great talent, build strong relationships, and create a positive workplace culture? Duct Guys Team is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to become an important part of our growing company. This is more than a recruiting position, you’ll be responsible for helping us build, support, and grow our team from A to Z. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Manage the complete recruitment process from A to Z • Find and attract qualified candidates for open positions • Screen candidates and conduct professional interviews • Manage the hiring and onboarding process • Conduct and coordinate employee training • Prepare, explain, and follow up on employment contracts • Ensure contracts and HR documentation are completed and signed on time • Maintain strong communication with employees and management • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is: ☑ People-oriented and empathetic ☑ An excellent communicator ☑ Highly organized and responsible ☑ Confident conducting interviews and evaluating candidates ☑ Experienced in HR, recruiting, or team management ☑ Proactive and solution-oriented •Comfortable handling sensitive employee matters professionally • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines •Working Schedule 6 days per week(Mon-Sat) 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM New York Time (ET) Salary from $500-$2000 per month Why This Role Matters As our HR Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on who joins our company, how new employees start their journey, and how our team feels and performs every day.
