In this role, you will design and execute test cases, validate complex telecom system integrations, and ensure our web applications and network-facing services meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and network engineers to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing APIs and telecom protocols, a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and a passion for delivering reliable, carrier-grade software. Key Responsibilities: • Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements • Perform manual testing across web applications (usability, functionality, performance) • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools • Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and product managers to define and uphold quality standards • Execute regression testing and end-to-end testing scenarios • Validate integrations between systems, services, and telecom network components • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, telecom regulations, and industry requirements • Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions • Provide clear, actionable feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / software testing • Mandatory: prior experience in the telecommunications industry • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices • Knowledge of REST API and WebSocket services • Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS) • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and concepts • Ability to write clear, detailed test documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Technical Skills: • API Testing Tools: Postman, Swagger, or similar • QA / Issue Tracking Tools: GitLab, Jira, or similar • Database Testing: SQL • Web Development Tools: Browser DevOps and related debugging tools Nice to Have: • Understanding of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) technologies • Hands-on experience with telecommunications protocols (RADIUS, Diameter) • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, ELK Stack, Splunk) • Familiarity with telecom standards and regulatory frameworks What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work on complex, carrier-grade telecom systems • Collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture • Support for professional development and certifications Contact: @artem_avsievich 📢 Источник: https://t.me/qa_jobs/259978
