Chief Product Officer (CPO) | Vexnovate Ventures Location: Remote, Worldwide Time Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week, with daily availability Compensation: Equity-based — no salary at this stage Duration & Vesting Structure: 1 year-cliff/trial before 3-year vesting Vexnovate Ventures is an early-stage, pre-revenue climate-tech startup building AI-driven solutions for planetary health, including flood early warning, ocean intelligence, wildlife conservation, and indoor navigation. Current Focus: Blue Sentinel — a satellite-driven marine and coastal intelligence platform currently in pilot, with engineering already underway. What you’ll do: - Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities end-to-end - Lead and coordinate our existing Product Managers - Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and Engineering team - Translate research and founder vision into clear PRDs, requirements, and shippable features - Keep product roadmaps and engineering execution aligned - Track product performance, pilot feedback, data quality, and user outcomes - Help shape product strategy across our other ventures as we grow We’re looking for someone with: - Product leadership and 0-to-1 startup experience - Strong roadmap, PRD, and product execution skills - Experience managing or coordinating Product Managers and Engineering - Comfort working with technical and data-heavy products - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take radical ownership This is a founding C-suite leadership opportunity for someone who wants to help shape a product and company from the ground up.
