HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist BUZZ 📍 Barcelona / Spain preferred — candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered 💰 Approx. €2,000–3,000 gross + performance bonus BUZZ is a fast-growing European power bank sharing company combining a physical network of charging stations with a mobile product. The company is scaling across European markets and expanding its team and operations. They’re looking for an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of recruitment across Europe while helping build and improve internal People processes as the company grows. What you’ll do: — Own full-cycle recruitment across commercial, sales and operational roles — Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities and direct outreach — Partner with hiring managers and leadership throughout the hiring process — Improve candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives — Own and improve onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes — Help structure HR workflows, policies, templates and internal processes — Work with ATS/HR systems and maintain recruitment and HR data — Support the team with day-to-day People Operations topics What they’re looking for: — Hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR or People Operations — Strong proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruitment skills — Experience hiring across European markets — Experience hiring Sales, Commercial or Operations roles is a strong plus — Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment — Strong English, B2+ minimum — Spanish, French or Italian would be a plus — A builder mindset and willingness to create and improve processes rather than only follow existing ones What’s offered: — High level of ownership and autonomy — Direct collaboration with founders and senior leadership — Opportunity to help shape the People function as the company scales — International working environment — Approx. €2,000–3,000 gross + performance bonus — Occasional business travel — Growth opportunity toward broader People / HR leadership responsibilities Apply: @nastazi_b LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
