Media buyers spend years learning what to test, when to scale, what to stop, and when to wait. At Plurio, we turn that expertise into working systems: agents, reusable skills, automated rules, and decision logic tailored to each client. Who we’re looking for • You’ve managed at least $500K in monthly ad spend, either on one channel or across a cross-channel portfolio. • You can break every decision down into mechanics: account structure, optimization events, creative-testing thresholds, and scaling and stopping criteria. Compensation Up to $180,000 gross per year, combining a base salary with a bonus tied to client results. The role is fully remote from anywhere in the world, in time zones up to UTC+5.
