🔍 🧰 Development Planning Coordinator 🏢 FIRCaspian 🇰🇿 KZ passport holders only 📍 Location: Atyrau 📅 Work Pattern: 5/2 🎯 Responsibilities : ✔️ Coordinate and support development planning studies, including pre-concept and concept selection activities for field development projects. ✔️ Prepare, review, and maintain development plans in line with project objectives and regulatory requirements. ✔️ Facilitate collaboration between subsurface, drilling, economics, operations, and project teams to ensure successful study execution. ✔️ Evaluate development scenarios, opportunities, and technical solutions to optimize project value and field performance. ✔️ Coordinate external consultants and contractors involved in development studies and planning activities. ✔️ Prepare technical reports, presentations, study deliverables, and management updates while ensuring data accuracy and quality. ✅ Requirements and skills: ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Subsurface Studies, or a related discipline. ✔️ Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oil amp; Gas engineering, field development, or development planning activities. ✔️ Strong knowledge of field development planning, concept selection, reservoir evaluation, and project maturation processes. ✔️ Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across subsurface, drilling, projects, and operations disciplines. ✔️ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ✔️ Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
