The role focuses on Western Europe, particularly Portugal, Italy, and Spain, and involves working directly with customers and internal teams. What you’ll do: — Advise on complex employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, misconduct, and terminations — Provide expert guidance on local employment legislation and HR compliance across European countries — Support customers and internal teams with country-specific HR questions — Develop and maintain HR knowledge resources and documentation — Collaborate with Legal, Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams — Lead cross-functional People Services projects — Improve HR workflows and use AI tools to increase efficiency — Identify recurring HR issues and develop proactive solutions What they’re looking for: — 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations and HR Generalist roles — Strong expertise in complex employee relations cases across multiple countries — International HR experience and knowledge of local employment practices — Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — Experience improving HR processes and scaling operations — Strong interest in HR technology, automation, and AI — Fluent English — Portuguese, Italian, and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage — Experience with EOR providers and global employment compliance is a plus What they offer: — Fully remote work within UTC+0 to UTC+3 — €44,000–70,000 gross annual compensation, depending on location — Equity participation — International, distributed team across 60+ countries — Opportunity to work on global HR challenges and AI-driven process improvements Apply: via Oyster’s careers website before 17 October 2026.
