(negotiable) Python Backend Developer (Middle+) We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join a product team building scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered integrations. Tech stack: Python • FastAPI • PostgreSQL • REST API • Docker • Kubernetes • CI/CD • MCP Responsibilities: -Develop new backend services and maintain existing ones -Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using FastAPI -Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and queries -Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code quality -Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment -Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes -Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices -Integrate AI capabilities using MCP (Model Context Protocol) -Optimize application performance and database efficiency -Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams Requirements: -3+ years of commercial experience in backend development -Strong knowledge of Python and FastAPI -Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, indexing, and migrations -Experience with pytest, unit and integration testing, and TDD principles -Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) -Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes -Understanding of REST API design principles and application security -Git and collaborative development practices -Proficiency in English Nice to have: -Experience with MCP and AI tool/agent integrations -Async Python (asyncio, async SQLAlchemy) -SQLAlchemy and Alembic -Message brokers and queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis) -Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) -Caching solutions (Redis, Memcached) Conditions: -Full-time, on-site position in Tashkent, Uzbekistan -Official employment under the labor legislation of Uzbekistan -Free lunches -Sports and fitness compensation -Corporate events and team-building activities 📩 @sourserXP 📢 Источник: https://t.me/workayte/4357
