What you’ll work on: • Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities • Build digital funnels from first touch to recruiter handoff • Grow employee advocacy and Salmon’s presence in professional communities • Use AI and automation to reduce routine work and scale what works • Track candidate quality and improve campaigns based on hiring data *What we expect: • 3+ years in employer brand, talent marketing, digital, or growth marketing • Strong hands-on LinkedIn expertise and knowledge of other digital channels • Campaigns you’ve launched yourself, with results you can show • Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and analytics • AI-friendly, hands-on, data-driven approach • English C1 → Apply here
