🔥 Project Sales Manager / Technical BDM for global startup RecFaces.com WANTED 🔥 📍 Location: remote, worldwide 🌏 Territories: APAC, MENA, LATAM 🛄 Employment: full-time 💳 Compensation: base + bonus, based on the interview and candidate expectations We’re hiring a Project Sales Manager / Technical BDM for RecFaces, an international IT company that builds facial recognition products for business. Our products (Id-Guard, Id-Time, Id-Gate) cover security, access control and time & attendance. We have 200+ live installations worldwide, with clients including Schneider Electric and Suzuki. This is a founding role in a new international BD team. You will own the full sales cycle through system integrators and channel partners: recruiting and enabling partners; running discovery and demos; designing solutions and preparing proposals; driving pilots and deployments through to signed deals. The playbook you build will become the standard for RecFaces globally. Candidates from both sales and project delivery backgrounds are welcome. ‼️ Requirements 3–6 years in B2B sales, business development or customer-facing project management in video surveillance, access control, physical security or IT infrastructure; A track record of closing B2B/enterprise deals OR of delivering security/IT projects end to end, with motivation to move into sales; Experience with system integrators and channel partners; Solid understanding of IP video: cameras, VMS, servers, networking, integrations; Ability to run demos independently and explain technology in business terms (ROI, cost of loss); Experience with technical-commercial proposals, BOQs and RFPs; Fluent business English; Self-driven, comfortable building from scratch. ⭐️ Nice to have Facial recognition, biometrics or video analytics; Milestone, Genetec or similar VMS; Tenders and consultant spec-in; Experience in APAC, MENA or LATAM markets; Заинтересовало?
