The company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to support HRBPs and business leaders in implementing people strategies, strengthening employee engagement, and improving organizational performance. What you’ll do: — Partner with People Leaders to understand business priorities and support HR strategies — Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and employee development — Support talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning — Coach managers on employee engagement and leadership practices — Support organizational change initiatives and communication plans — Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights — Collaborate with HRIS, Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions — Help leaders navigate HR resources and processes What they’re looking for: — Hands-on HR experience and foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices — Experience partnering with managers in a fast-paced environment — Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills — Business curiosity and developing HR consulting capabilities — Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders — English: Upper-Intermediate Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification.
