Performance Marketing Manager 🏢 Freedx 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Full Time About the role As the Performance Marketing Manager at Freedx, you will take the lead on developing and executing data-driven campaigns across various digital channels to maximize new user acquisition, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and increase lifetime value (LTV). Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will also oversee the email direct marketing (EDM) and lifecycle marketing initiatives, ensuring that all touchpoints along the customer journey are optimized for engagement and conversion. What you’ll do 🗂 • 1. Performance Marketing Strategy • Develop and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Affiliate, etc.) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. • Own and optimize paid media spend, ensuring efficient allocation of budget across platforms based on ROI. • Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation to enhance overall user engagement. • Oversee the EDM strategy: segment audiences, create compelling content, and establish automated workflows that deliver personalized user journeys. • 3. Analytics and Optimization What we’re looking for 🔎 • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, ideally within tech or fintech industries. • Demonstrated success in email/lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, etc.). • Experience using analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar). • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Marketo). • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
