Project Manager 🏢 BetFounders 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Full Time About the role We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of digital iGaming projects operating in the African market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning and prioritization through development, testing, release, and further improvement. What you’ll do 🗂 • Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and timelines together with relevant stakeholders. • Coordinate daily work between Product, Development, QA • Design, Analytics, and other teams. • Monitor project progress and keep projects on track. • Maintain project documentation, timelines, task boards, and other project-related materials. • Facilitate regular project meetings, planning sessions, and status updates. What we’re looking for 🔎 • 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or another digital product environment. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and digital/technical projects. • Understanding of project management methodologies and principles. • Communication and stakeholder management skills. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
