Product Marketing Specialist 🏢 Dexatel 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Full Time About the role Why Dexatel: Founded in 2015, Dexatel is a product-led company devoted to providing businesses with the tools they need to connect with their customers. As a leader in CPaaS, we provide omnichannel communications solutions to clients like TikTok and Alibaba. What you’ll do 🗂 • Understand customers and use cases: identify who uses each platform, the communication problems they face and why they would choose Dexatel. • Create compelling offers: develop positioning and messaging, and propose packages and promotional offers for priority integrations. • Drive inbound demand: work with SEO and content on integration pages, use-case articles, competitor comparisons, email campaigns, webinars and launches that attract relevant buyers. • Improve marketplace visibility: build app listings, screenshots, demos and review initiatives to increase discovery and installations. • Support sales: join customer calls, demo use cases, support proposals and help sales handle objections and close deals. • Support partner sales: create offers and materials with sales and partnerships for CRM agencies, consultants and resellers.
