Senior System Engineer 🏢 Neo Group 📍 Armenia · On-site 🕐 Full Time About the role We are on the lookout for a Senior System Engineer to join our Engineering Team. What you’ll do 🗂 • Platform Engineering & Transformation: Help evolve Infrastructure & Operations toward a platform engineering model. • Workflow Automation & Standardization: Standardize and automate infrastructure workflows and reduce manual provisioning. • Core Capabilities & Provisioning • Build reusable infrastructure capabilities for databases, messaging, secrets, DNS, compute, monitoring, and application environments. • Internal Tooling & Lifecycle Management • Ecosystem & Tooling Integration: Improve integration between Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, secrets management, databases, and observability systems. What we’re looking for 🔎 • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. • Good understanding of production infrastructure, networking and distributed systems. • Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production. • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management, using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools. • Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation workflows. • Programming or strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, Bash or similar.
