- 3+ years of experience in AML or Financial Crime Compliance
- Previous experience as MLRO or similar senior compliance role
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements for financial institutions
- Hands-on experience with suspicious activity and SARs/STRs
- Experience managing regulatory and law enforcement requests
- Strong understanding of customer due diligence and risk management
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational processes
- Professional proficiency in English and Russian; Uzbek preferred
