We’re looking for a CMO to build the marketing function from day one. The role: Full ownership of marketing: strategy, team, P&L and performance. Reports directly to the CEO and works closely with investors. Strategic in scope, hands-on in execution. What you’ll do - Build the international lead-gen engine for HNW buyers (EU, MENA, CIS, UK) - Run paid media hands-on: Meta, Google Ads, programmatic - Set up tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, CAPI, server-side), CRM and automation - Lead brand positioning, content, SEO/AEO and sales enablement - Build and lead the in-house team and external agencies - Build an AI-first marketing operation What we’re looking for - 8+ years in marketing leadership, 5+ in digital for luxury real estate, hospitality or high-ticket international sales - A track record of lead gen that converted into closed deals, backed by numbers - Hands-on with Meta/Google Ads, GA4 and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) - Comfortable working at C-level and with investors - Fluent English What we offer - Building the marketing for a flagship Adriatic project from scratch - A direct line to the CEO and full ownership of strategy, team and budget - An international environment with exposure to senior investors - Competitive compensation that matches the seniority of the role Full job description and application: https://people-jobs.com/dobrov-family-group/position/chief-marketing-officer-dbbed2ad-a7ee-453c-871c-7ae83fb7a8f7
