#hiring #QA #testing #AI #senior Senior QA Engineer: AI Agentic Workflows We're looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure quality and reliability across a rapidly evolving application ecosystem. You will manually validate code changes generated by an agentic pipeline that listens to customer friction in support channels (chat and voice) and produces direct code fixes from transcripts. Responsibilities: Manual and exploratory testing of changes produced by the agentic pipeline Designing test cases and test plans for everything from UI adjustments to backend business logic and API behavior (Postman, browser DevTools) Regression testing across complex multi-system environments Collaborating with engineering and product teams Writing clear, reproducible bug reports and working with developers to drive root-cause resolution Requirements: Experience manually validating changes generated by automated or agentic workflows based on support transcripts Strong foundation in manual testing, test design, and end-to-end QA (web, mobile, or backend) High agency and a proactive "doer" mentality Strong product sense and customer empathy High attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments Nice to have: Test automation and scripting (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven development workflows and agentic pipelines Experience analyzing support transcripts and customer service logs CI/CD exposure Background with event-driven architectures, microservices, or distributed systems Schedule: 6-8 hours of overlap with PST How to apply: https://kake.co/contact
