Product Lead, Employer AI — Major Technology Company 📍 CIS, remote A major technology company is looking for a Product Lead, Employer AI to take end-to-end ownership of its Employer AI business, from product strategy and development to go-to-market, revenue, and unit economics. The role will focus on building an integrated AI-powered recruitment experience across candidate search, matching, application management, qualification, and communication; defining quality evaluation frameworks for AI; and coordinating product, design, engineering, data science, AI, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate has experience leading B2B products with full business ownership, launching and monetizing new products, working with enterprise customers, and turning initial implementations into scalable solutions. A strong understanding of AI quality, reliability, cost, and performance is essential.
