An early-stage crypto/DeFi startup looking for an Algo Trader / Investment Manager (cash+option, full-time, remote) 🙋‍♂️ Who we are: Resolv Labs, an aspiring team building novel DeFi instruments. We are humbly operating in stealth mode, but already got backed by a leading DeFi accelerator ✌️ 🥷 Who we are looking for: A talented Algorithmic Trader / Investment Manager to build fun stuff. You will be responsible for deploying a delta-neutral crypto trading strategy and exploring a multitude of alpha-generating opportunities. If you have the superpowers below - let us know! - Prior professional experience in market making or financial institutions, specifically in the domain of crypto or TradFi algorithmic trading - A keen analytical mindset - Passionate, creative and driven to excel. As an early employee, you will enjoy a high level of impact, where being proactive and innovative pays off 🏋️‍♂️ Responsibilities: - You will harness the power of crypto futures by deploying autonomous trading strategies. - Explore and implement other alpha generating strategies across multiple crypto instruments, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance. - Participate in development of a robust risk methodology.
