What we're looking for: - 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR. - Proven hands-on recruitment experience across European markets. - Experience hiring Sales, Business Development, or commercial teams. - Ability to work independently without a dedicated recruitment team. - Practical experience with onboarding and HR operations. - English B2+.
