In this role, you will work on fundraising mandates, interact with investors, support deal execution, and manage client relationships across equity, debt, and alternative investment transactions. Key Responsibilities -Assist in fund-raising mandates including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Debt, and Structured Finance -Prepare investment pitches, teasers, Information Memorandums (IMs), and pitch decks -Coordinate with HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and funds -Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and industry research -Support due diligence, documentation, and deal execution -Manage investor communication and client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle -Maintain deal trackers, investor databases, and MIS reports -Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes Preferred Profile -2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Fund Raising, Corporate Finance, or PE/VC -MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CA Inter, or Finance Graduate -Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation -Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills -Hands-on experience with pitch decks, IMs, and data rooms -Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint -Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a fast-paced environment Apply here: https://www.jobaaj.com/job/eisen-consultancies-private-limited-fund-raising-client-facing-investment-banking-mumbai-2-to-4-years-1585189 Join our Telegram for daily job updates: https://t.me/jobaaj
