🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst 🌍 Remote | Full-Time | $8–10/hour We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS). 🔹 Responsibilities: - Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders. - Analyze business operations and translate requirements into software solutions. - Develop clear functional specifications and documentation. 🔹 Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development. - Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS). - Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders. - Strong English communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. ⭐ Nice to Have (Optional): - Experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS) or hospitality-related software. - Understanding of hotel operations and business processes. 💼 Working Conditions: - 💰 Rate: $8–10/hour - 🏠 Fully remote - 🕘 Full-time, Monday–Friday, EST business hours - 📄 Contract-based employment - 🌴 Holidays and days off are negotiable - 🌐 International, English-speaking environment ⚠️ Please note: Candidates currently based in Russia are not considered for this position. 📩 Interested?
