Project Manager, Major Mining & Metals Company Location: Moscow, Russia Responsibilities • Working with the company's priority areas: participating in business development and efficiency improvement projects, and working on the company's management priorities. • Full-cycle projects: managing projects from diagnosis and solution development to implementation and achieving targeted results. • Implementation management: forming and coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project deadlines, risks, and results. • Working with Top-management: discussing key decisions, aligning priorities, and reporting on the status of initiatives to the company's management. • Analytics and materials: structuring complex business tasks, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparing materials for managerial decision-making. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in strategic or management consulting( (MBB\2-tier); the level of experience is Consultant in BCG/Bain or Associate in McKinsey; • Proven experience independently leading a workstream or an entire project - from problem definition through to presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience preparing executive-level presentations. • Experience in the industrial sector (e.g., mining, metals, manufacturing, energy, or heavy industry) is considered a strong advantage.
