PMO Director, Major Petrochemical Company Russia Responsibilities: Leading a project office to support the implementation of large-scale changes in the IT function and company digitalization: - Managing a portfolio of digital and IT projects; - Supporting the implementation of IT function changes, monitoring implementation progress (timelines, budget, product quality) of initiatives, including IT cost optimization initiatives; - Analyzing the feasibility of implementing initiatives; - Identifying key competencies required by project team members; - Resolving all organizational and administrative issues related to supporting project activities. Requirements: - Experience working at consulting firms (Big4, SM/D level; 2-tier); - At least 3 years of experience leading a project office; - Experience delivering complex projects with full end-to-end ownership of the project lifecycle; - Understanding of financial aspects, ability to manage project economics, and willingness to be accountable for them; - Ability to adequately estimate effort considering implementation approaches, constraints, and risks; - Ability to manage product and project requirements and communicate them to the development team.
