Project Manager for Medical GenAI Services Team, major Tech company Location: Russia We are looking for a Project Manager to build and scale a new business model, leading large cross-functional teams in MedTech and other business units. You will interact with clients daily and work with MedTech products at every stage — from small pilots to full-scale deployment for thousands of doctors. The mission of the first product - a doctor’s assistant - is to free physicians from routine and administrative burden so they can spend more time treating patients. Key responsibilities: - Testing and piloting medical modules You will run end-to-end tests and pilots in healthcare institutions — for both existing and new modules. You'll design pilot processes, negotiate terms with clients, develop performance metrics and measurement methodologies, and oversee field operations. - Deployment and scaling for enterprise clients You will ensure full-scale deployment of Yandex products in various formats (SaaS, on-premises) and manage all related processes — from contract negotiations to integrations. - Optimizing current business processes You will identify bottlenecks, propose improvements to increase efficiency, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness. You'll also prepare regulations, guidelines, and documentation to streamline projects and accelerate the team. - Achieving target metrics You will be responsible for meeting targets related to revenue, pilot-to-long-term-contract conversion, and other key indicators. - Project pipeline management and forecasting You won't just manage individual projects — you'll oversee the entire portfolio of pilots and full-scale deployments. You'll plan team workload, forecast project outcomes, and assess their potential revenue impact. Requirements: - A higher education degree in IT, economics, finance, management, or engineering from a top university; - At least 5 years of experience in project management, BizDev, or operational roles at leading IT companies, AI/MedTech projects, or industry leaders; - Experience managing cross-functional projects with many stakeholders, successfully running end-to-end projects from idea to implementation and results measurement; - Ownership of key business projects and their outcomes; - Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams (clients, legal, finance, engineering, design, marketing) — able to find common ground with experts from unfamiliar fields like doctors and clinic administrators; - Ability to work in fast-changing environments with high volumes of information — not afraid of heavy workloads; - Financial forecasting skills and knowledge of financial management. Nice to have: - Domain knowledge in medicine; - Understanding of the Russian healthcare system; - Experience working with both commercial and government partners/clients.
