International Consulting Company — Senior Investment Manager / Investment Director 📍 Astana, Kazakhstan (Office) An international consulting company is looking for a Senior Investment Manager / Investment Director to lead complex investment and M&A projects across oil & gas, metallurgy & mining, technology, and fintech. The role focuses on managing investment portfolios, leading transaction execution, structuring strategic deals, and supporting business transformation, growth, and long-term value creation for clients. Requirements: 1/ 7–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, in-house M&A, or strategy consulting; 2/ 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects; 3/ Proven track record of leading the full M&A transaction lifecycle, from investment analysis to deal closing; 4/ Experience in oil & gas, mining & metallurgy, technology, or fintech sectors; 5/ Strong knowledge of transaction structuring, investment analysis, and transaction documentation.
