The role focuses on developing messaging, running growth experiments, generating qualified pipeline, and driving customer acquisition through data-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Build and scale demand generation campaigns targeting high-value enterprise customers; 2/ Develop messaging, positioning, and customer research insights; 3/ Run growth experiments and optimize conversion across marketing channels; 4/ Create automated workflows and lead generation processes; 5/ Partner with sales and product teams to drive qualified opportunities and revenue growth. Requirements: - Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, and customer psychology; - AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI tools in marketing workflows; - Experience with automation platforms such as Make or N8N; - Solid B2B marketing background across customer research, conversion, and demand generation; - Ability to quickly learn complex topics related to sustainability, ESG, compliance, supply chains, or industrial markets.
