CEO — Fast-Growing Specialty Coffee Business 📍 UAE A fast-growing and highly profitable specialty coffee company is looking for a CEO to lead its next stage of international expansion. The role involves scaling retail, franchise, FMCG, and B2B channels while building the organizational structure, leadership team, and growth strategy required for global expansion. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Lead international expansion across company-owned and franchised locations; 2/ Build and scale the global franchising model; 3/ Grow FMCG, branded products, and B2B sales channels; 4/ Launch new growth channels and strategic partnerships; 5/ Build scalable processes, organizational structure, and leadership teams; 6/ Lead fundraising activities and work closely with investors and the Board. Requirements: - Proven experience scaling multi-channel businesses (retail, FMCG, and/or B2B); - Strong understanding of UAE and MENA markets; - Experience with international expansion and franchising models; - Experience working with investors and growth capital.
