Major Fintech Company — Senior Corporate Counsel 📍 Southeast Asia One of the fastest-growing banks in Southeast Asia is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to support commercial, corporate, and financing matters while helping scale the legal function. The role involves partnering closely with business leaders, managing legal risks, and enabling the company’s continued growth through practical and business-oriented legal support. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, partnerships, and vendor agreements; 2/ Support fundraising, financing activities, and investor-related documentation; 3/ Manage corporate governance processes and entity management; 4/ Advise business teams on legal and contractual risks; 5/ Develop legal templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes.
