Major Fintech Company — Operations Product Manager (Analytical Track: RCL / Appliances) 📍 Southeast Asia A leading fintech company in Southeast Asia is looking for an Operations Product Manager to own and scale lending products across offline distribution channels. The role combines product ownership, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to drive growth and improve unit economics. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Own the Revolving Credit Line (RCL) product across offline channels from concept to launch and scale; 2/ Analyze funnel performance, conversion metrics, and unit economics (CAC, LTV, CIR) to drive product decisions; 3/ Launch and evaluate pilots in new customer segments and distribution channels; 4/ Conduct field visits to validate hypotheses and understand operational realities; 5/ Coordinate product initiatives across technology, operations, sales, and field teams. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in product management, growth, or fintech-related roles; - Strong analytical skills with experience in unit economics, A/B testing, segmentation, and metrics frameworks; - Experience launching and scaling products in fast-paced environments; - Proficiency with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Metabase), Excel/Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence; - Ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to founders and senior leadership.
