Senior ML / AI Engineer

🚀 Hiring: Senior ML / AI Engineer 🌍 Remote in European Zone| Full-time For leading enterprise automation platform building AI-powered features on top of real business workflows. ☘️ What you’ll work on: - Fine-tune and improve ML/LLM models for real-world use cases - Optimize inference performance (latency, throughput, cost) - Evaluate and improve quality of chatbot and AI solutions - Work with logs and semi-structured data to extract insights - Implement NLP tasks such as NER for data processing - Integrate ML/LLM models into production systems and APIs - Work with performance metrics (TTFT, latency, throughput) ☘️ We’re looking for: - 7+ years of production experience with strong Python skills - Hands-on experience with ML / AI systems (LLMs, NLP, etc.) - Understanding of LLM concepts (RAG, evaluation, tracing) - Experience building and integrating production services (FastAPI, async) - Product mindset and ability to work with real business workflows - Fluent English 💡 Nice to have: experience with chat-based AI products, transformer architectures, LLaMA / Qwen / DeepSeek / Claude, open-source contributions 🤝 What’s offered: - Competitive base salary + stock options - Full remote work (targeted locations) - Flexible schedule & comprehensive perks - Equipment + learning budget + wellness benefits 💬 Interested?
