of Conquest, a real-time tactical battler that immerses players in an alternate history, ancient-world setting.
We are looking for someone who will take on performance marketing as a system: from traffic acquisition to creative production and deep analytics.
Требования к кандидату:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience with mobile apps or games
- Proficient in Meta, Google Ads, and DSP platforms
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention
- Experience with tracking tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer)
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and set up tests
- Knowledge of creative patterns in gaming
- Familiarity with AI tools in work processes
