Chief Financial Officer — Diversified Group of Companies 📍 Italy Responsibilities: • Lead the Holding’s financial strategy, ensuring long-term capital preservation, sustainable growth, and effective management of a diversified portfolio of assets; • Act as the primary counterpart for shareholders, external advisors, auditors, and government authorities, overseeing strategic financial initiatives and ensuring high-quality deliverables; • Manage investment governance by reviewing investment opportunities, validating business cases, and ensuring projects meet target return thresholds; • Lead fundraising initiatives, manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and secure financing for strategic projects and infrastructure investments; • Oversee consolidated liquidity management, intercompany cash flows, budgeting, financial reporting, profit allocation, and performance monitoring across multiple business units; • Drive enterprise-wide financial control, risk management, external audit processes, and compliance with Italian regulations, international accounting standards, and grant requirements. Requirements: • 12–15 years of senior finance leadership experience, including complex holding structures or diversified investment portfolios; • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification; • Proven expertise in corporate finance, capital management, financial strategy, and investment evaluation; • Strong experience managing external consultants, auditors, shareholders, financial institutions, and government stakeholders; • Deep understanding of Italian tax legislation, EU grant mechanisms, and international financial reporting standards; • Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, corporate governance, and risk management; • Fluent English (C2 level) is required.
