In this role, you will partner with business leaders, support strategic people initiatives, and act as the key interface between the Swiss headquarters and the People team in Portugal. Responsibilities — Act as the trusted People Business Partner for a designated business area, advising leaders on organisational development, change management, and transformation. — Translate business strategies into People actions across the employee lifecycle, including performance, talent management, development, retention, and compensation. — Leverage People analytics and workforce insights to support business decisions and workforce planning. — Serve as the key liaison between the People teams in Switzerland and Portugal, ensuring alignment across locations. — Contribute to People projects and transformation initiatives to improve People processes, tools, and organisational effectiveness. Requirements — 3+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, including transformation initiatives, project work, and collaboration with international teams. — Strong stakeholder management skills in a complex organisational environment. — Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and drive meaningful change. — Fluent in German and English; Italian, French, or Portuguese is an advantage.
