As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll support global hiring across 50+ entities while developing your recruitment expertise in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Responsibilities — Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring. — Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter. — Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. — Build and maintain talent pipelines while supporting stakeholders with recruitment updates. — Track recruiting metrics and contribute to diversity, inclusion, and compliance initiatives. Requirements — Some recruitment experience or a strong interest in starting a career in talent acquisition. — Comfortable using recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) or eager to learn quickly. — Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. — Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
