Responsibilities — Partner with Sales leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and organizational effectiveness. — Lead talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change initiatives. — Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and capability development. — Use workforce analytics to identify trends and support executive decision-making. — Champion DEI initiatives and collaborate with People & Culture Centers of Excellence. Requirements — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. — 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a global, high-growth, sales-driven or technical environment. — Experience building talent programs, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. — Strong strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, analytical skills, and experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
