Senior Manager, Global Mobility – EMEA Stryker 📍 Location: Schonkirchen (Germany) / Amsterdam (Netherlands) / Newbury (UK) / Cork (Ireland) 🏢 Hybrid | Full-time About the role Stryker is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Global Mobility function across the EMEA region. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, managing employee mobility, immigration, relocation, compliance, and vendor partnerships while leading a regional Global Mobility team. Responsibilities — Lead and develop the Global Mobility team supporting EMEA. — Own regional mobility strategy, policies, governance, and financial performance. — Drive cross-functional projects including policy redesign, vendor transitions, and process improvements. — Manage mobility budgets, KPIs, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communications. — Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external mobility providers. — Oversee complex immigration and relocation cases while ensuring an excellent employee experience. Requirements — 10+ years of professional experience, including previous HR or related leadership experience. — 8+ years in Global Mobility, Immigration, or Relocation within a multinational organization. — 5+ years leading people and managing teams. — Experience with vendor, budget, and stakeholder management. — Strong knowledge of global mobility, immigration, relocation, and compliance processes. — Experience with case management platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) is an advantage. Additional information — Permanent contract. — Hybrid working model. — Travel required: approximately 10%.
