People & Culture Business Partner Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel (Marriott International) 📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands About the role Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support hotel operations by partnering closely with department leaders and employees. This is a hands-on HRBP role focused on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and fostering a people-first culture across the hotel. Responsibilities — Partner with department heads and managers on day-to-day people matters and HR initiatives. — Build strong relationships with managers and employees while maintaining a visible presence across the business. — Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration. — Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and absence cases. — Contribute to departmental meetings and provide a strong people perspective. — Partner with the Learning & Development team to support employee growth, engagement, and development. — Promote Renaissance’s culture and values while ensuring a consistent and people-focused HR approach. Requirements — Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within hospitality. — Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage. — Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. — Genuine interest in people, culture, and operational HR. — Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
