Regional Human Resources Business Partner Loka 📍 Lisbon, Portugal About the role Loka is looking for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across Portugal and Western Europe. You’ll partner with leadership on people strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while helping shape the culture of a fast-growing global AI consulting company. Responsibilities — Partner with managers and employees on performance management, career development, coaching, and employee relations. — Translate business objectives into regional people strategies and HR initiatives. — Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. — Conduct stay interviews and engagement check-ins to improve retention and employee experience. — Lead regional HR projects and contribute to global organizational design and change management initiatives. — Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes. — Analyze HR metrics and identify trends to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Requirements — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). — 4+ years of HR experience, ideally focused on employee relations and performance management. — Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment law (experience across Europe or LATAM is a plus). — Experience working with HRIS systems and confidential employee data. — Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills. — Fluent English; CV in English required.
