Senior Recruiter Zexter 📍 Limassol, Cyprus - Remote About the role Zexter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and international markets. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, develop sourcing strategies, improve recruitment processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting workforce growth. Responsibilities — Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. — Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and role requirements. — Build sourcing strategies and engage active and passive candidates across multiple channels. — Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. — Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and present shortlists to stakeholders. — Lead offer negotiations and drive recruitment projects to completion. — Track recruitment metrics, improve hiring processes, and ensure ATS data accuracy. — Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement and external networking. Requirements — 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both). — At least 2 years of recruitment experience within the iGaming industry. — Experience hiring technical, corporate, leadership, and business roles. — Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with experience engaging passive candidates. — Experience with ATS platforms (Teamtailor is a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter. — Fluent English and Russian. Nice to have — Experience in international or high-growth organizations. — Experience recruiting across multiple countries and functions. — Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing. — HR or Talent Acquisition certification.
