HR Manager – HRBP Emirates Flight Catering 📍 Dubai, United Arab Emirates About the company Emirates Flight Catering is one of the world’s largest catering and support service providers to the aviation industry. The company is looking for an experienced HR Manager – HR Business Partner to help shape its people agenda and drive strategic HR initiatives across the business. Responsibilities — Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives. — Lead organisational design, workforce planning, manpower budgeting and business case development. — Drive performance management, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning initiatives. — Lead change management programmes to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience. — Provide strategic HR advice using data and insights to influence decision-making. — Develop people metrics and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. — Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners. — Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies and best practices. Requirements — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (CIPD qualification is advantageous). — Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partnering environment, including leadership experience within a large, complex organisation. — Expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning and change management. — Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical, leadership and project management skills.
