Senior HR Business Partner The Exploration Company 📍 Munich, Germany (Relocation support available) 💰 Salary: €77,500–€105,000 per year (depending on experience) The Exploration Company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner directly with the Chief People Officer and help shape the people strategy of one of Europe’s most ambitious space companies. This is a high-impact role focused on performance, leadership, culture, and global transformation across a fast-scaling international business of 600+ employees.
