Total Rewards Expert MANGO 📍 Palau-solità i Plegamans (Barcelona) Spain MANGO is looking for a Total Rewards Expert to help shape and evolve its global compensation strategy. The role focuses on compensation design, salary benchmarking, pay transparency, ESG reporting, and reward governance while supporting fair, data-driven decision-making across the business.
